Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RWW Digital Media LLC (“RWW Digital Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit rwwdigitalmedia.com (the “Site”) or contact us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call, or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website or social media handles, and details about your business and marketing goals.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, the site that referred you, and general location (city or region). This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. If you reach us through an ad or social media, the platform may share limited information with us, such as which ad you clicked or details you submitted through a lead form on that platform.

2. How we use your information

We use information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations
  • Provide, manage, and improve our services
  • Send proposals, invoices, and service-related messages
  • Send marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
  • Measure Site performance and the effectiveness of our own advertising
  • Show our ads to people who have visited the Site (retargeting)
  • Protect the Site, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations

3. Cookies, pixels, and analytics

The Site may use:

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to measure ad performance and show our ads to Site visitors. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
  • Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how the Site works. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals; there is no common standard for responding to them, so the Site does not currently respond to them.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, analytics, payment processing, and advertising platforms. They may use it only to provide services to us.
  • When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others
  • With a buyer or successor if our business is sold, merged, or reorganized
  • With your consent

5. Client data

When we provide services to a client business, we may access that client's ad accounts, social media accounts, and campaign data. We use that access only to perform the agreed services, and we do not use client customer data for our own purposes. We do not request, and clients should not send us, protected health information or patient records.

6. Text messages

If you give us your phone number and opt in to text messages, we may text you about your inquiry or our services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or text opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including keeping business, tax, and legal records. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, consistent with New York law, including the New York SHIELD Act. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements
  • Stop sending you marketing emails, using the unsubscribe link in any email

To make a request, email ryan@rwwdigitalmedia.com. We may need to verify your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws; we will honor those rights where they apply.

10. Children's privacy

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites and social media profiles. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
